My husband was ill in Arizona and my friend, Mistress Kali Ward, posted an announcement on the Internet stating that, due to a family emergency, I would be in Phoenix during January 2007 and might need some help with my dogs. From that posting, a stranger called from Arizona-- Sophia. She offered to dog-sit and more.  

“Why don’t you stay at my home?” Sophia said.
Her sweet voice held such warmth, compassion, sincerity, and concern. Who was this kind soul wishing to watch the dogs and shelter me?  

“Why don’t you join the PEP team of S&M phone counselors?” I countered. With her sweet manner, I knew she’d be a perfect conversationalist! 

And that is how I met the lovely and nice lady-- Lady Sophia-- and how she became a PEP counselor--one of the best, I might add! 

(Bonus: She’s also tall, pretty, and radiant with tanned, firm skin and bright eyes that gaze directly at you.)
